Local Musical Theatre Opportunity

Stages Bloomington (formerly Bloomington Music Works, Jr.), a local non-profit organization, is proud to announce a musical theatre experience for children grades 1-4. Stages gives children the opportunity to learn about and participate in musical theatre, while building self esteem and self confidence. The program includes acting classes/rehearsals, live stage performances, and hours of fun! No prior experience is necessary and all participants will be included in the performances.  

This winter's show will be Pied Piper - The Musical!  Rehearsals will be on Saturdays from 1:30-4:30 beginning January 6, 2007.  Auditions for lead roles will take place at the first rehearsal (more information will be sent upon registration). Performances will be March 2-4, 2007.  There is limited space available and applications will be accepted on a first come basis. Hello All. ..  Hope you all have a great Holiday!! (which ever one it may be!) 

For all -- WE start Market Day next month. Hopefully papers will be sent home next week with information for the kids!  More details to follow. 

Also, our next meeting is set for January 25th at 6pm starting with a pitch in meal. Please bring a dish to share. Child care will be provided. I believe there is also a Family Fun Night program that evening as well. EAch committee needs to come prepared to share what they are planning and what their next steps are. Please meet with your group before hand to make sure you are ready. Each group will have the opportunity to share, and then the other groups will have comments and ways we can all work towards our common goals. 

I need a representative from the group who sent out the teacher survery to contact me asap.  I have your  returned forms.

I need a representative from the group who sent the "PTO wants You" notes to parents to contact me as well.  I have your returned forms to this point. 

We got a descent response on both.
