[TemPTO] PTO meeting

Hello all,

Hope that your Winter Break was great!

In looking at the schedule further and getting input from Mrs Chapin about the family night our next PTO meeting is piggybacking . . . we have decided that we need to move the meeting. Due to the nature of the event, having the parents at a meeting is not  acceptable. So, our next PTO meeting is Thursday, February 8th from 6-7:30  We will still have the pitch in meal and child care will be available -- please let Ms Vitols know if you need child care.   All groups should be prepared to have a short report to give on what they are working on and what their plans are.  If your group needs to meet to prepare this, please feel free to do so.  IF you would like Ms Vitols or I to attend with your group please let us know that you would like someone there.  IF you need contact information for members of your group let me know and I will dig those out for you.  

If you have additional items you would like added to the agenda for this meeting (additional meaning more than your group report) please submit a note of some sort with your topic/question by January 30th so that we can get it included on the agenda!
